Our work together begins with a free consultation, where we discuss your concerns, clarify your needs, and determine whether we are a good therapeutic fit. If we decide to proceed, we schedule an introductory assessment session. During this session, we explore your history, current experiences, and the nature of the difficulties bringing you to therapy.
From there, we collaborate to develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals, your pace, and your unique circumstances. Beginning in the second session, we move into ongoing talk therapy. This process involves exploring your experiences, emotions, and relational patterns to deepen insight, expand perspective, and—when helpful—develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with your authentic self.
Therapy is a collaborative, reflective space. My role is to support you in understanding the patterns that shape your life, making sense of your internal world, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
Between 155-170 CAD or £83 to £92 GBP (assessment sessions are a higher rate due to administration). Regular sessions are 50 minutes and Assessment sessions are 60 minutes.
